Thank you to everyone who came out to our Triangle Workshop on Wednesday! We’ll return in August with another Seminar TBD — and if you have any ideas or requests, let us know!

Lastly, due to a schedule conflict on my end, we’ll be postponing/rescheduling our Team Sparring Day on Saturday, August 8th. But don’t worry — we’ll come back with another date and time ASAP. And the ice bath has already been purchased, so we’ll be breaking that out at some point this Summer no matter what. Nobody’s off the hook 🙂
I appreciate your understanding with this last minute change! I hate to do it, but some important family obligations have popped up that I need to address (basically, my whole family is coming to Philly that day to get together and I need to be present — it’s all good stuff, no emergencies or anything). I just hate reneging. You guys rock!
