This week’s Junior Samurai stripe challenge is RED for FITNESS!
Perform the following workout 3 times this week: 50 Pushups, 50 Squats, 50 Jumping Jacks, and a 1 minute plank (just do the best you can). Can be done in one day, or spread out over 3 days. The exercises do not need to be performed consecutively (i.e., they can be done in chunks of 10).
