2026 is in full swing and we are cruising along quite nicely.
Before we jump to the event calendar below, two quick updates for you.
First, our Studio Ghibli Movie Night is over half booked! We have only 8 spots remaining! We’re hosting a movie night featuring the works of Studio Ghibli alongside a pizza dinner and HOT CHOCOLATE BAR. This event is open to all kids ages 8-13 and runs from 5:30 – 8:30pm. Next, we have only 1 day remaining on our 2026 Introductory New Student Special! We close this off on the 20th (tomorrow)! This is a banger of a deal for people interested in starting their martial arts journey, and comes with everything one would need to hit the ground running. On to our event calendar — note that next week we’ll be hosting a Women’s Muay Thai Open Mat on Sunday. No RSVP needed.. just show up!
- 1/25 – Women’s Muay Thai Open Mat (10am)
- 1/31 – Studio Ghibli Movie Night (ages 8-13). Movies, pizza, and a hot chocolate bar. What could be cooler? Cost is $35/attendee and open to all students, siblings, and friends of the academy. Register here: Studio Ghibli Movie Night
- 2/7 – Battle in the Basement, NYC @ Church Street Boxing in FiDi (Makhi Anthony and debut of Dashaun Kimp)
- 2/21 – Gut Check Championships in Newark, Delaware featuring the Muay Thai debuts of Xavier Taylor and Ayden Southard. Tickets available soon.
