Happy Monday Team!
We’re entering into a holiday week so this edition of The Red Corner will largely be occupied with logistics! Let’s jump right in and make sure we’re all on the same page.
In the spirit of the holidays, and to mix it up a little bit, we will relax our curriculum this week for Muay Thai and instead have an all-levels training session on both Monday and Wednesday at 6pm. We hope you’ll embrace the opportunity to connect with some new people and have some fun on the mats!
Moving forward, our schedule this week is as follows:
THURSDAY, 11/27 (THANSGIVING)
- Bird Gang Open Mat 9am-11am, both striking and grappling
FRIDAY, 11/28
- No morning classes
- Evening classes on as normal
SATURDAY, 11/29
- No M4A @ 9am
- No Comp Training
- All other classes on as normal

Tickets are also in for Gianna’s championship fight at Freedom Fighting Championships in Jamaica, Queens on Saturday, 12/6. Gianna is the current reigning 125lb champ in the organization and moves up two weight classes to challenge for the 135lb title against one of the top athletes in the country. This is going to be an absolute war, and we’d love to have the team make the trip! Tickets are in house and approximately $65 apiece.
