JUNIOR SAMURAI STRIPE CHALLENGE: FITNESS
WEEK OF 1/20/24
This week’s Junior Samurai stripe challenge is Red for Fitness!
Students can earn their stripe this week by performing a minimum of 3 minutes of planks each day for four days. Minimum time spent in a plank at any given time is :30.
This one is pretty straightforward — the trick is to make sure to get started early enough in the week to have four days available to complete it!
