JUNIOR SAMURAI STRIPE CHALLENGE: FITNESS
WEEK OF 6/17/24
This week’s Junior Samurai stripe challenge is Red for Fitness!
Students must complete the following exercise to receive their red stripe:
20 Squats
10 Pushups
20 Jumping Jacks
Repeat x5 for a total of 100 squats, 50 pushups, and 100 jumping jacks. This workout must be done in one day.
