Happy Monday Team!
We are back with another week of hard training on the menu. As this is the first week of a new month, you’ll notice major curriculum shifts in each program. Going to be some really good stuff shown so make sure you get in often!
Let’s give a big congrats to Dashaun Kimp, who finished 1st yesterday at the Finishers Sub Only Tournament. Dashaun has been on a tear in competition lately, I believe racking up a record of 14-1 already. Joe Angelo also competed yesterday but came up short in his first match, but showed some great improvement and maturity in his grappling. Make sure to give these dudes a high five next time you see them!
We are back in action again this Saturday with both Coach Tre and Gianna Vadino competing at Freedom Fighter Promotions. FFP is an international Muay Thai organization that brings in talent from all over the world!
Gianna will be fighting for the 125lb title and Tre makes his promotional debut against a tough New Yorker. Tickets and transportation are available. If you would like more details, reach out to me directly and I can help you get situated.
You’ve seen how hard these two have been working so you know they’ll put on a great showing.
Looking forward in the month of August, we have the WKA National Championship Kickboxing tournament at the end of the month and we will be observing an adjusted class schedule over the Labor Day weekend holiday. More details TBA.
