Happy Monday Team!
We’re back for another busy week of training here at the academy.
Please note that the academy will be fully closed on Saturday, December 24th. We will be open as normal on New Year’s Eve (12/31).
Also, for the remainder of the year, all friends and family are welcome to attend classes freely! We take a relaxed approach in the month of December and it’s a great time to show off your skills to those close to you.
Please note, all guests will be required to sign a waiver, so a heads up for any visitors is encouraged (but not necessary).
While attendance is free, we do ask that visitors stick to the classes in which they have the proper experience (if any). If you have any questions, please let me know! |

Our Junior Samurai stripe challenge this week is Red! Students can earn a red stripe on their belt by successfully completing the following workout (must complete all of one exercise before moving onto the next, and must complete the entire workout in one session):
