Happy Monday Team!
Looking forward to another great week on the mats with you all.
Don’t forget, Trevon Scales is competing this Saturday for Gut Check Championships in Hockessin, Delaware (about an hour from the gym). We have tickets available at the front desk!
On Saturday, June 25th at 1pm, we will be hosting an Introductory Instructor Training Program for our Striking 101 program. This course will introduce teaching and technical concepts, and participants will have the opportunity to assist with Striking 101 classes and ultimately run their own class.
There is no technical experience level required to attend this workshop, but candidates with the best combination of skill, technique, personality, and availability will be selected for the very few working spots.
Additionally, we will be running another Striking 101 Review Test on Wednesday, June 29th, at 6pm. M4A will again be in the park that day.
Students with 4+ weeks of cumulative attendance in our Striking 101 program are eligible to test into our 201 program. You will simply need shinguards and a mouthguard to participate. Please reach out with any questions!
As always, if you have any questions about the above, just let me know 🙂 |

Our Junior Samurai stripe challenge this week is RED. Students can earn a red stripe by successfully completing a two minute plank (on either their palms or their forearms). Parents, make sure their knees don’t touch the floor! If they do, it doesn’t count. |
