Hey there lazybones, what are you doing?
Time to move. We have work to do.
Here’s the thing about fitness — you can’t really “get ahead” of your fitness so as to buy yourself a holiday. Fitness is a process, a lifestyle, it’s not a certain blood pressure reading, a certain # on the scale, or a certain amount of weight on a barbell.
We’re never “done.” We have to live it, not just “do it.”
Yeah, work and family are gonna make things tough sometimes. Unhealthy snacks are easy to find and get the job done in the moment, and we’re not always gonna “feel like” getting to the gym or making the right choices.
Unfortunately, there’s work to do. So we gotta get it done!
We either choose a little comfort in the moment and a lot of pain down the road, or a little bit of pain in the moment to set ourselves up for an easier tomorrow. Your choice!
