This week’s Junior Samurai stripe challenge is RED for Fitness!
Students can earn their red stripe by completing the following workout four times over the course of the week. Exercises can be broken down into manageable chunks and do not need to be performed consecutively.
- 50 Pushups
- 50 Squats
- 50 Jumping Jacks
