WEEK OF JANUARY 6th, 2025

 

Happy Sunday Team!

I am incredibly excited to put the holiday stuff behind and get back to work in an serious and consistent way.  For those of you that took a little break — I hope you are rested!  We have a lot of work to do.

We have some really cool things coming down the pipeline in 2025.

Last year, we re-introduced our Shorts Tests back into the striking program.  We return with another one on January 16th, and will be moving towards a Level 3 shorts test later this year.  Only level 2 graduates will be permitted to test for the Level 3 shorts.  If you have 999 years of experience and 100k fights, but have not tested for Level 2, you do not get a bye 🙂

Additionally, we will be moving to our new location (6673 Germantown Ave, at the corner of Germantown and Phil Ellena sts) sometime in June.  I cannot overstate how simply incredible this new facility is going to be!

We will also be adding more social and team events to our calendar starting with a Karaoke night (tentatively) on Friday, January 24th at Attic Brewing Company as well as Fight Nights and more at the academy.

In all, a great time to be part of this team!

The future is bright.  I’ll see you on the mats!
