WEEK OF 12/30/24
This week’s Junior Samurai stripe challenge is Red for Fitness!
Students can earn their challenge stripe by devising a workout plan of 100 total reps, then working through it on three separate days.
For example, a workout could be 25 jumping jacks, 25 situps, 25 pushups, and 25 squats (25+25+25+25 = 100).
Be creative, have fun, and work hard!
