JUNIOR SAMURAI STRIPE CHALLENGE: INITIATIVE
WEEK OF 12/2/24
This week’s Junior Samurai stripe challenge is Red for Fitness!
Students can earn a red stripe by completing the following workout three times over. This can be accomplished on the same, or multiple days.
- 25 Pushups
- 25 Jumping Jacks
- 25 Popcorn Squats
Exercises do not need to be performed consecutively in full; the exercises can be broken down into smaller chunks (i.e. 5 pushups, 5 jumping jacks, and 5 popcorn squats).
However, the workouts must be completed by next Monday!
