JUNIOR SAMURAI STRIPE CHALLENGE: FITNESS
WEEK OF 10/21/24
This week’s Junior Samurai stripe challenge is Red for Fitness!
Students must complete the workout of the week on three separate days in order to receive credit.
- 50 pushups
- 50 squats
- 50 jumping jacks
- 10 breakfalls (safely!)
These exercises can be broken down into manageable sets (i.e., 10 pushups at a time). Workouts must all be complete by Monday, 10/28!
