WEEK OF 9/9/24
This week’s Junior Samurai stripe challenge is Red for Fitness!
Students can earn a red stripe by completing a five minute workout each day for the entire week (Fit-Jitsu students are asked to perform this challenge on three separate days instead). THIS ONE IS INTENDED TO BE INCREDIBLY CHALLENGING.
We encourage our Muay Thai students to perform shadowboxing as part, or all, of their workout.
