This week’s Junior Samurai stripe challenge is Red for Fitess!
Students can earn a red stripe on their belt by completing the following workout:
- 25 Pushups
- 20 Popcorn Squats
- :60 Plank
Students must complete this workout 3 times in one day to receive credit.
