JUNIOR SAMURAI STRIPE CHALLENGE: FITNESS
WEEK OF 5.20.24
The Junior Samurai Stripe Challenge this week is Red for Fitness! Students must complete a five minute workout each day for a total of five days — this will test their ability to stick to a routine!
Students can select their own exercises during this five minute period, and each workout can be different. Our goal is to get as many reps as possible within the time frame each day.
