Happy Monday Team!
Rolled the dice on Saturday’s weather not being up to par and lost that one — after a torrential downpour it actually turned out really nice! Oh well, that’s how it goes.. there is probably a good “Monday Mindset” topic in there somewhere 🙂
We’re rescheduling our 6 Year Anniversary Party for Saturday, July 15th, 2-5pm!
As we approach this July 4th Holiday Weekend, I just want to remind everyone that we are operating on a normal schedule all weekend long (as well as Monday).
Tuesday, we have a 10am-12pm open mat (doors open at 9:30am). Friends and family of the gym are welcome to swing by and train and hang out, too.
Additionally, as a “thank you” to our awesome students, we are making the Rene Sousa BJJ seminar on Thursday, 7/6, 100% free to members! If you reserved a spot your fee will be refunded.
Rene is an amazing BJJ competitor and on the forefront of the “buggy choke” movement. You are getting access to the man when it comes to all things buggy chokes (which, let’s face it, is essential to know in today’s competitive climate).
This workshop is scheduled for Thursday, July 6th, at 7pm and is replacing our BJJ 301 class. All BJJ students are welcome to attend (it’s nogi, by the way).
