Happy Monday Team!
Next weekend is our big Six Year Anniversary Party at Attic Brewing Company! Make sure to join us from 2-5pm (or later, you party animals) in the beer garden. Friends, family, strangers, interstellar aliens — everyone’s invited!
All attendees will receive a free raffle ticket as well (winners will receive “Star Bucks” credit that can be applied to the pro shop, private lessons, tuition, or even Coach Chris’ tattoo fund
Just a quick heads up — on Saturday, June 24th, we are donating our changing room and mezzanine level to Rain Dance Studio for their pre-recital pictures, so come prepared. You can still use any restroom to change!

07.04 | Independence Day Open Mat 10am Striking Sparring 11am BJJ Rounds 10am-12pm Whatever else you wanna do! We are open as normal 07.01 – 07.03
07.05 | Fit Jitsu Returns for ages 5-8! We are resuming our Fit Jitsu program here at the academy! Classes will run Mondays and Wednesdays from 4-4:45pm. Early enrollment discounts available for the first 10 members. Contact us for more info!
07.06 | Rene Sousa BJJ Seminar Come learn from the Buggy Choke master himself (ok, he’s awesome at a lot of other stuff too). We’ll be going over some flashy and slick guard passing sequences and finishing up with, of course, some buggy choke work. This is an essential workshop for all competitors! $50 for members, $60 for non members. 7pm on Thursday (Jiu Jitsu 301 is cancelled).

Our Junior Samurai Stripe challenge this week is Blue! Students can earn a blue stripe by cleaning up after dinner a minimum of two times — that means plates, putting food away, surfaces, the whole shabang! |
