Happy Monday Team!
We are fresh off a great week of training and competition, with six of our athletes participating in a sparring meetup at one of our sister schools. Joe, Nicole, Chris, Makhi, Dom, and Sam all performed excellently and demonstrated solid technique, good composure, and great sportsmanship!

On Sunday, June 11th, Paul Sims returns to action in the Place of Peace 16-Man Pro Tournament! The tournament will be livestreamed at this link and starts at 10am!
