We are fresh off an exciting weekend of competition, with Timmy Green executing a near flawless performance en route to a big win in the cage on Saturday.
We are right back at it again this coming weekend with Ade Solebo making his competitive debut at Striker’s Cup in Voorhees, NJ!

Additionally, our 101 Seminar Series continues with “Kicks 101” on Saturday, May 20th at 10am (in place of the Striking 101 class). This workshop will feature a deep dive into the Thai round kick and work progressively from theory to practice over the course of approximately an hour.
As always, our 101 Seminar Series events are free and open to all North Star students!
