Happy Monday Team!
We are fresh off a successful weekend at Tap Cancer Out! We placed second overall in single-team fundraising with over $10,000 raised. That’s an incredible amount and I am so impressed with the team’s efforts to not only prepare for competition, but also apply themselves to the fundraising in parallel.
Let’s give a big congrats to two students who had breakout performances en route to their gold medals on Saturday: Charles “Papa Chuck” Jun and Gabe Lewis! This weekend was a big step for both of them in attuning their physical skills (which are always evident in the training room) with the proper strategic, mental, and emotional state to win.
Next weekend, Gianna Vadino steps into the ring for her first championship fight against a very tough veteran at GFC in State College, PA.
