Happy Monday Team!
Before I get into the run-down of our upcoming event schedule, I want to remind everyone that Friday night’s schedule this week (3.25) has changed: We’ll be running an open mat from 6-8pm. NoGi open mat starts at 6:30pm as normal.
We are officially out of Winter! Every transition is a great opportunity to reflect on the time past, and look forward to the times ahead with a fresh outlook.
It doesn’t hurt that we’ll have more sunlight and a fresh breeze through the facility, either 🙂
Man, we are gearing up for an incredible two weeks. I am just so proud of the efforts that Gianna, Tre, Isis, and Tim have made towards their training over the last two months (and then some).
We still have some tickets available for the Muay Thai show, Gut Check Championship, on Saturday. Please contact me if you’d like to attend. However, for those not attending, there is an online PPV available. We’ll be sharing the links on our social media pages as we approach the fight so stay posted.
For Art of War MMA on Saturday, 4/2, Tim is sold out of tickets. But you can still purchase some online at the Casino’s website here.
Sub Out Domestic Violence is not a spectator event, but a live stream will be available. We’ll share that as we approach Sunday’s show.
Sure, fighting is an individual sport — you step into a ring and the only thing between you and defeat are your own skills, grit, and will to win. But developing those qualities takes an entire community. On behalf ot the competitors this weekend I want to thank each of you for creating a standard of hard work, consistency, and good sportsmanship in which these athletes can thrive and grow!
